NEW: Construction plate
Since July 1, 2019, an additional construction plate must be affixed whenever a vehicle is modified. This second construction plate must include the name of the manufacturer responsible for the modification, as well as the applicable technically permissible masses, among other details.
European legislation sets specific requirements for the construction plate, such as the material used, the order of the listed information, and the height of the characters.
Furthermore, the construction plate must be tamper- and fraud-proof and rendered unusable if an attempt is made to remove the label.
