To declare the standard and optional tire/rim combination which are assigned/approved by the vehicle manufacturer (GM) for the vehicle concerned for (re-)registration and/or roadworthiness approval purposes in the EU

Required deliverables to be provided by applicant:
- 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Copy of existing vehicle registration documents
- Copy of vehicle owner’s ID card (e.g. copy of passport or driver’s license)
- Company’s VAT number (If ordered by a company with a registered VAT number in the EU)
- Shipping and billing address
- Phone number of shipping address
Important notes before ordering the document:
- Optional tire and/or rim specifications could only be declared in the Tire & Rim Specifications Statement if the vehicle model has been developed/approved with both standard and optional tire/rim combinations.
- Before ordering a Tire & Rim Specifications Statement, please consult the VDOCS Customer Helpdesk to verify if the installed or preferred tire/rim combination(s) have been developed/approved for the vehicle model concerned.

Tire & Rim Specifications Statement Deliverables can be uploaded by applicant during the on-line ordering process or uploaded at a later stage (after the order has been completed).
