Required deliverables to be provided by applicant:
- 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Photo of the visible VIN under windshield that clearly shows the entire VIN of the vehicle
- Photo of the Manufacturer’s Label that clearly shows all the information
- Photo of the damaged tire label, or if missing a photo that shows that the tire label is missing
- Photo 3/4 front of the entire vehicle body that allows the vehicle exterior color to be confirmed
- Photo of the vehicle tires side wall that clearly show the size designation and manufacturer’s name. If the front and rear tires are different, please provide photos of both a front and rear tire
- Reason of ordering a Tire & Loading Information Label
- Copy of existing vehicle registration documents
- Copy of vehicle owner’s ID card (e.g. copy of passport or driver’s license)
- Company’s VAT number (If ordered by a company with a registered VAT number in the EU)
- Shipping and billing address
- Phone number of shipping address
Important notes before ordering the document:
- Tire & Loading Information Label (for WVTA models) are only available for vehicles which are type approved according a European Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA).
- Before ordering a Tire & Loading Information Label (for WVTA models), please verify if the vehicle is covered by a European Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA). WVTA vehicles are recognizable by the European Whole Vehicle Type Approval Number mentioned on the manufacturer’s plate/label.
- Please check “COC Information” regarding European Whole Vehicle Type Approved models in order to determine if a Tire & Loading Information Label (for WVTA models) is orderable.
