Active Suspension Testing Statement

To declare that the vehicle is equipped with a Real Time Damping Magnetic Ride Control (MRC) active suspension system.

This type of declaration may be required for the Periodic Technical Inspection (PTI) of the vehicle, which is also known as the annual TÜV inspection or MOT test.

Available for:

Vehicles equipped with so called Computer Command Ride (CCR), Speed Sensitive Suspension (SSS) or Magnetic Ride Control (MRC) active suspension systems.

Required deliverables to be provided by applicant:

  • 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Copy of existing vehicle registration documents
  • Copy of vehicle owner’s ID card (e.g. copy of passport or driver’s license)
  • Company’s VAT number (If ordered by a company with a registered VAT number in the EU)
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Phone number of shipping address
